Participation and cancellation conditions:
After written registration you will receive an invoice. The participation fee is due for payment immediately and without deduction upon receipt of invoice. Please make sure to money transfer before the event date. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following processing fees will apply: 8 to 3 working days before the event 50% of the participation fee. In case of late registration or absence without written cancellation, the full participation fee will be retained.
