Registry study

The NOA-13 study is a prospective registry assessing current treatment practices in first-line therapy of patients with PCNSL.

All patients with non-pre-treated PCNSL scheduled for guideline-based, i.e. methotrexate-based, high-dose chemotherapy without whole-brain irradiation will be included. Treatment response (death, progression, stable disease, partial remission, complete remission, progression-free and overall survival) and toxicity by WHO grade will be recorded.
