The aim of the study was to investigate possible changes in the ability to think and remember (neurocognition) in patients with a (first-time) suspected diagnosis of glioblastoma before and after an operation or biopsy of the tumor and in the further course of the disease. With the help of the study results, future diagnostics and therapy planning should also be optimized with regard to possible neurocognitive deficits.
