The CATNON study investigated the question of whether concomitant or sequential chemotherapy with temozolomide in addition to radiotherapy improves the overall survival of patients with anaplastic glioma without codeletion of 1p/19q. Due to the large number of patients, the CATNON study is a cooperative project of several national and international study consortia.
